An occasional product from Barratt Wines, always in tiny quantities and sold almost exclusively through our Cellar Door.
Grapes were hand harvested on 10th April from our Uley vineyard and showed a Baumé of 12.0°, pH 3.18 and titratable acid of 9.0 g/L
Following crushing, pressing and partial settling, the juice was transferred to used French oak for wild yeast fermentation. Matured in oak for 9 months prior to bottling on 1 March 2018. Alcohol 13.0%
